Free Media

Unless otherwise stated on the individual download or product page, free downloadable images, graphics, video, and audio provided by Flux Media may be used for both personal and commercial projects.

You may:

Use the Media in websites, blogs, social media posts, presentations, advertising, marketing materials, books, eBooks, videos, podcasts, and other creative projects.

Crop, resize, edit, recolor, combine, animate, or otherwise adapt the Media as part of your own project.

Use the Media in projects created for yourself or for your clients.

Attribution to Flux Media is not required unless specifically stated with the individual Media item, although credit or a link back to Flux Media is always appreciated.

What You May Not Do

You may not:

Sell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or give away the original Media files, either individually or as part of another stock, clip-art, image, audio, video, template, prompt, or digital-download collection.

Make the Media available in a way that allows another person to extract, download, or reuse the original file.

Resell essentially unchanged Media as your own digital product.

Upload Flux Media files to stock-media, wallpaper, clip-art, asset-library, printables, or similar redistribution sites.

Claim copyright or exclusive ownership of the original Flux Media asset.

Use Flux Media assets to create or train a competing stock-media or digital-asset library.

Media downloaded from Flux Media should be downloaded through the Flux Media website or authorized delivery system and then uploaded to your own website, platform, or server as needed. Do not hotlink directly to files hosted by Flux Media.

Purchased Media & Digital Products

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchased Flux Media products are provided under a Royalty-Free Commercial Use License.

Purchasing a product gives you permission to use the Media according to its license. Copyright and ownership of the original Media are not transferred to you.

Licensed Media may generally be incorporated into:

Websites and blogs

Social media content

Advertising and promotional materials

Books and eBooks

Videos, podcasts, and multimedia productions

Printed marketing materials

Fine-art and decorative prints

Print-on-demand products

Client projects

Other finished creative products

For print-on-demand, resale, or other commercial products, the Flux Media asset should normally be incorporated into a larger finished design or product rather than offered as the original standalone digital asset.

Individual products may include additional or different licensing terms. When product-specific license terms are provided, those terms take precedence over this general Client Usage policy.

Restrictions

Unless a product-specific license expressly permits it, you may not:

Resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or give away the original Media files.

Sell substantially unchanged digital copies of Flux Media assets.

Include the original files in digital bundles, asset libraries, memberships, stock collections, templates, or downloadable resource collections where the Flux Media asset itself can be extracted or reused.

Upload the Media to another stock-image, stock-video, stock-audio, wallpaper, clip-art, printable, or digital-asset marketplace for redistribution.

Claim that you created or own the copyright to the original Flux Media asset.

Register the original Media, or a substantially unchanged version of it, as your trademark or other exclusive intellectual property.

Use watermarked previews or thumbnails as licensed Media.

People, Brands & Other Rights

Some Media may contain recognizable people, products, artwork, trademarks, trade dress, buildings, or other elements that may be subject to rights separate from the copyright in the Media itself.

You are responsible for determining whether your particular use requires additional permission.

Do not use Media containing identifiable people or brands in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, sponsorship, association, or approval.

Media may not be used in unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, pornographic, hateful, or otherwise harmful contexts.

AI-Generated & AI-Assisted Media

Many Flux Media products and creative assets are created in whole or in part using artificial intelligence and AI-assisted creative tools, often together with traditional graphic design, illustration, photography, editing, animation, audio, or video-production techniques.

Where appropriate, Flux Media may identify products or content as AI-generated or AI-assisted.

Because laws, platform requirements, and intellectual-property standards surrounding AI-generated content continue to evolve, Flux Media cannot guarantee that an AI-generated or AI-assisted asset will qualify for copyright protection or registration in every jurisdiction.

Your purchase grants you the usage rights described by the applicable Flux Media license; it does not guarantee exclusive rights to the underlying AI-generated elements.

Portfolio, Bio & Site Content

Images, illustrations, videos, audio, logos, client work, portfolio examples, website graphics, and other content displayed elsewhere on the Flux Media website are not automatically included in the Free Media or Purchased Media licenses.

Unless specifically offered as a downloadable or licensed product, this content may not be copied, downloaded, redistributed, or used without permission.

Some portfolio content may also be owned by or used with permission from Flux Media clients, photographers, artists, collaborators, or other third parties.

Email & Downloads

Some free products and resources may be offered in exchange for an email address.

When a signup form states that you are also subscribing to Flux Media email communications, submitting the form means you agree to receive those communications, including news, creative resources, product announcements, special offers, and information about new free or low-cost downloads.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the email.

Children

Flux Media products, accounts, purchases, and email registrations are intended for adults. By creating an account, making a purchase, or using services that require adult consent, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into the transaction in your jurisdiction.

General

Media and digital products are provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for confirming that your intended use complies with applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and any third-party rights.

If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, please contact Flux Media before using the Media.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some pages, articles, videos, emails, or other Flux Media content may contain affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link and make a purchase or complete another qualifying action, Flux Media may receive a commission or other compensation, at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay unless a specific discount or promotion is stated.

Flux Media recommends products and services that we believe may be useful to our audience, but you should evaluate whether any product or service is appropriate for your own needs.
