Refund Policy

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

At Flux Media, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your product was damaged when received, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. You can choose a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving a damaged order. We will inspect the returned product once received and issue a credit or send an exchange.

  • Please email flux.media.images@gmail.com to initiate an exchange or return on your damaged item(s)

  • Please do not discard the shipping boxes or broken or damaged product(s) until your claim has been resolved

  • You will be asked in our response message to e-mail photos of the damage, which include images of the damage to the exterior of the packaging material. In the event that you do not provide photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging materials, and make the shipping boxes available to the Post Office for inspection, you void the right to get product replacement on damaged shipments

  • All returned items are inspected; to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

  • Custom, Clearance, Discounted, or Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges

  • Your refund will include the price of your item plus any taxes, but will not include original shipping charges or tax on shipping charges

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

* Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange.

If you are approved for an exchange, a new, undamaged item will be shipped to the original address.

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 to 10 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
